You will benefit from my slight addiction to designing spaces. Not only am I affordable, but you typically get roughly three versions to work with, and clearly I add a lot of design elements as well. I may not be The Property Brothers, but I like to pretend a little bit.
On our first call, after understanding the scope of your project, I'll give you a general idea of the budget so you're not left guessing.

NEED A PERMIT?
All of my drawings are built on a grid system which makes it easy for you to submit with your permit requests. There is another level of detail that can be added for permitting guidelines, and we can discuss adding that service if you need it.
WHO CREATED THESE DESIGNS?
I assure you, all the designs you see on this page were developed by me.
Sometimes clients just want 3D renderings, while others want design support. If you'd like to add that element, I'd love to create you a mood/inspiration board.
HOW DOES THIS WORK, YOU ASK?
It's starts with a simple phone call. I know it's tempting to just shoot a text, but this is your home (or clearly a special space), so it warrants a quick chat. I promise it won't be painful!

I know it's not polite to invite one's self over, but in this case, it's necessary.
I'll come over to walk the space with you, and try to get inside your head. My goal is to translate your vision, not hijack it. I'll take measurements, photos, and even a little video to ensure clarity.
