It was an honor to support the students, parents & staff of Summit Olympus High School. Expanding knowledge about this Tacoma education option flowed from a passion to help students succeed. With a 100% graduation rate and 100% college acceptance rate, this "free" school is beyond innovative and life changing.

Along with the talent of the PlainJoe Studios team, I strategically developed the training and marketing approach to help reps connect, understand & implement a complex program. 

Due to the unprecedented nature of this training, it was necessary that I...

 

      develop scripting for every video

     establish the creative direction

      coordinate & obtain overseas content

      arrange and direct local video shoots

      and manage production and editing.
 

I facilitated the remote training program for a third party partner's 3,000+ employees across the United States. The goal was to inspire & educate each participant on a complex program and conversion process. 

 

A 30% conversion increase was achieved during the first 90 days of the training's release.

TOUCH THE INVISIBLE CAMPAIGN

This campaign focused on a large number of boys in India that were vulnerable to unimaginable child labor. The goal was to tell their story and gain support for these children.
