Photos are always a determining factor in success. It's critical to capture the essence of a space. If you are local (or want to pay for my travel expenses, lol), I can take and edit photos, as well as create catchy graphics that highlight certain elements of your place (including things like: no pets, no smoking, etc.).
Here's a link to my Airbnb listing so you can check out my photos, reviews, and such.
I attribute a lot of my success to creating an experience. It doesn't have to be over the top, but let's be honest... who wants to leave their home (for days or months) to stay in a space that feels like an estate sale or an episode of "Left Behind" in a vacant apartment!
It may be good enough for you, but is that sufficient to compete in a saturated market?

An optimized profile increases visibility in local search results within the platform as well as in Google (browser) search results. This helps your STR or LTR listing appear.
Consistent engagement through reviews, timely responses, and updated photos or listing updates also improves your SEO, demonstrating credibility and enhancing your chance of being featured at the top.
Double points... is a phrase I've coined for this approach. It's critical for your online rental property listings to be packed with SEO in order to compete with properties in the area, as it is likely saturated and you have to pop-to-the-top.
Platforms like Airbnb and Furnished Finders already have a strong SEO relationship with browers such as Google, Safari, Bing, etc. The rules of the game are how to rank high on these platforms so your listing shows up before 50 other local listings. If we do this right, you get "double points." I can explain this more on a call.
For clarity's sake, I've identified the main points. That said, I create a collaborative enviornment that isn't nearly as rigid as bullet points, but clarity is kindness. Content typically requires a two-week lead time.
